Tech Tips: Driers

Always mount in a cool place. Inside the car is acceptable.

Mount in the vertical position with the connections on top.
On HFC-134a systems, DO NOT charge the system by the
sight glass.

When properly charged, the sight glass in a 134a system will still show milky. It is recommended to replace the drier anytime a connection in the system has
been opened.
